ZESA Attorney Partnership delivered a presentation on 'Competition Law and Practice' at Executive MBA class in Koç University on 26 November 2016.

ZESA Attorney Partnership got together with MBA students in a 'Competition Law and Practice' section at Executive MBA Class in Koç University on 26 November 2016. The presentation started with general competition rules, horizontal and vertical competition infringements, and the milestone decisions of the Turkish Competition Board as well as the European Commission and continued with the conducts that may be regarded as abuse of dominant position and the code of conduct to be followed during dawn raids. A significant part of the presentation was reserved for the competition compliance programs and the essential elements of an efficient compliance program. Within this context, measures to ensure competition compliance was discussed with the MBA students. During the presentation, the questions of MBA Class were answered with case specific examples.
